Returns: Most items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (see exceptions below). Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (it must have been shipped by you within 30 days of having been delivered to your address). All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please choose a shipping method that is both convenient and economical for you. It is in your best interest to insure valuable packages, as we cannot be responsible for issuing a refund for merchandise that arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. Bridal gowns that have been made specifically for you (Simple Graces and Harmony By Teresa) are not returnable. Please be certain about your measurements, and remember it is much easier to have a dress taken in than let out. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, flat rate of $25.00. International Shipments: Orders sent to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia will be shipped the most economical way. We ship quickly, but with customs processing, there can be unpreventable delays. Please plan accordingly, as we cannot be responsible for packages held up by Customs. Our web site will estimate international shipments at $30.00, but if we cannot arrange shipping for your order in that price range, we will contact you with the available options and you can either pay the actual shipping price or have the opportunity to cancel your order. If you need to pay with a credit card, we only accept PayPal with a confirmed address for international shipments, as we are a small store and unable to verify international credit card information. We will also be happy to accept a personal check or money order, as long as you can accommodate a 14 day wait for the draft to clear. Personal Checks: We do accept personal checks, but you must allow us to hold the merchandise for fourteen days from our receipt of your check to allow it to clear before we ship your order. Credit Card Orders: We only ship to the billing address on credit card orders. | ||||||||
